Terms of Service
By using cigflip.com you agree to the following. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
CigFlip is run by Sam Morgan (@samorgan2x4). It does two separate things, and it matters which one you are using:
- The shop sells CigFlip's own merchandise. Those orders are with us.
- Partner listings link out to other brands' stores. Those orders are with that brand, not with us.
Buying from the CigFlip shop
- Prices are in US dollars. Shipping within the United States is free on orders over $130; below that it is charged at cost and shown in your cart before you pay. We do not currently ship anywhere else.
- Everything is printed to order. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse. Allow a few days for it to be made before it ships, and a few more for it to arrive.
- Sales tax is worked out at checkout where it applies and shown before you pay.
- Tips are entirely optional, go to Sam, and are refunded along with the order if the order is refunded.
- We may limit or cancel an order if something is obviously wrong — a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent payment, or an unreasonable quantity. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
Returns
Made-to-order items are not returnable for change of mind, but anything faulty, misprinted, damaged or wrong is replaced or refunded. The full terms are on the Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
Discount codes
- One code per order. Codes cannot be combined.
- A personal code issued to your email address is for you and works once.
- Codes have no cash value and can be withdrawn or expired at any time. A code that was not applied at checkout cannot be applied afterwards.
Emails
If you give us your email we may send you your discount code, a reminder about a cart you left, and occasional news. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link. Order confirmations are part of buying something and are sent regardless.
Partner brands
Where this site links to another brand's store, your order, payment, shipping, returns and warranty are entirely between you and that brand. Any price, discount code, shipping offer or availability shown here is theirs and may change or end without notice. We make a reasonable effort to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee it.
Affiliate relationships
Sam may earn a commission when you buy through a link on this site, at no extra cost to you. Some brands also sponsor his content. Neither changes the price you pay.
Using the site
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it automatically, or use it to do anything unlawful. The CigFlip name, logo and artwork belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything connected with an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
