Privacy Policy

CigFlip (cigflip.com) · Last updated 2 October 2026

CigFlip is Sam Morgan's (@samorgan2x4) links and gear page, and a shop selling his own merchandise. This page explains what the site collects, why, and who else sees it.

If you just browse

If you give us your email

You can enter your email on the shop to get a discount code. If you do, we store the address, the code issued to you, and — while there is something in it — what is in your cart. We use that to email you the code, to remind you if you leave something behind, and to tell you about new drops.

Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all of them immediately. Order confirmations are not marketing and still come through, because they are part of buying something.

If you buy something

What we never see

Who else handles your information

Only the companies needed to actually run the shop:

Partner brands

CigFlip also links to brands Sam works with. When you tap one of those links you go to that brand's own store and their privacy policy takes over. If a brand's store reports a completed order back to us, we receive the order reference, the total and any discount code used, so commission can be worked out. We never receive your name, address or payment details from them.

Partner enquiries

If a brand submits the partnership form we store the name, company, role, email, phone, website and message given, so we can reply.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounts and tax. Abandoned carts are deleted once they turn into an order or go stale. Click activity is kept in aggregate. If you unsubscribe we keep only enough to make sure we do not email you again.

Your choices

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
